It was a challenge to the traditions of olive cultivation in the Valley of Itria that we wanted to face and we did it after in-depth study, carried out by university professors, which has permitted us to obtain a product of excellent quality. Thus, we got intense oil which releases the aroma that enchants you with its bitter elegant fragrance balanced by an exuberant spicy one.
Cultivar: Coratina, Frantoio e Leccino.
